Dish D’Lish is a multi-cuisine restaurant, which features food items from India, China, Thailand, Mediterranean and Caribbean. Once Chef Mariana returned to St. Maarten from culinary school, it was always her dream, as a chef to be able to open her own restaurant, where she could share her style of cooking with her community.
Dish D’Lish offers gourmet food at affordable prices. Chef Mariana Shah left for culinary school in 2006. She attended the Culinary Institute of America, which is located in Hyde Park, New York.
The Culinary Institute of America opened up many doors for Mariana. She was able to get her Pro Chef Level II certification which meant she was able to fill any Chef de Cuisine position. She has worked for prestigious companies such as The Four Seasons and Ritz Carlton hotels. At Indus Fine Dining Indian cuisine, she was the General Manager and Tandoori Chef for Indus, a 200 seat Indian restaurant located in west Palm Beach.
Chef Mariana has also been featured on the Reality Series “Inside Paradise” show casing her skills aboard the yacht El Jefe. She has also provided Private Chef Service to Holly Wood Celebrities and World Elected Leaders & Staff.
